[Kalyanam] KIT - Thanks for your concern

 

Dear friends -   In the past few weeks, many of you have written to us about NOT receiving request from KIT for funds.   Thanks a lot for your mail and personally it is very encouraging & heartening to see the continued support from you.   I am so glad to see your concern - "why am i not getting a chance to contribute to support my fellow beings".    You are correct - in 2010, KIT did not seek contributions from members for specific cases, as we had built up a reasonably good corpus over the past few years. We thought of utilising those funds before we seek additional funds from you.   As you probably know, the Corpus is also built up using your contributions over the years. These funds were sent to KIT by many of you, without ear marking it for any specific case. So we apportioned the same for the different cases which were qualified for support in 2010.   We have a few new cases under vetting process now.   We will shortly start requesting specific fund raising mails for those cases, which qualify for KIT support.   Once again, thanks a lot for your concern & continued support.   Thanks n' regards / ramaprasad
